More about Little Dance Company and founder, Maree Blencowe.
As the founder of a successful preschool dance program, Bippity Boppity Dance, I had many locations and classes running all around Melbourne. I also had many different teachers working for me... it was my dream job.
However, I then had two gorgeous children who completely changed my way of thinking, my values and what was important in life...

"Family and Friends" are important.
"Life Balance" is important.
"Health and Happiness" is important.

It was then, that I realized I needed to make some drastic changes in my life and the first step, was to create a program for families!
Families are busy, so I wanted to create a new concept program designed on the ability to learn to "LOVE" dance but without the fuss! A chance for children to dance their way, without parents feeling any pressure of financial or long-term commitments. The way children can express what they believe is DANCE to their young minds.
As a teacher, I bring highly qualified knowledge to all students. Rest assured your child is receiving the best possible attention needed with in their class. I am the sole teacher within this program as I love to work one-on-one with my families to make sure all of your needs, requirements and an 'all-round-wonderful experience' are met.
At The Little Dance Company, I want to share each and every special moment of your child's development with you, so I invite you to come in and watch all classes.
I encourage a lot of creativity and imagination in my classes, so I have many different themes and props to bring out the most in each individual every class.
